The Function is guiding technical as well as commercial aspects to drive growth of the high power industrial business in Europe

Is an American semiconductor supplier focused on high power semiconductors, subsystems and converters

Main Tasks

  • Leading a group of dedicated power marketing and application people across Europe
  • Driving new business generation together with Sales , Marketing and Applications
  • Collecting Euroean market needs and communicate them to the headquarter in ordert create new products
  • Identifying and quantifying new business opprtunites
  • Tracking and Reporting of new business opprtunities
  • Driving new projects to success
  • Finding and building up new customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing in the industrial power market enviroment
  • Analog or power semiconductor background
  • People and or team management experience
  • Business fluent in English
  • Fluent in German would be a plus
