Mobile work becomes the 'New Normal' at Siemens
A resolution of the Managing Board states that mobile working 2 to 3 days a week is to become the worldwide standard at Siemens with immediate effect. This is also to be accompanied by a new understanding of leadership: In the future, it's not presence in the office that counts, but the result.
